Miss Melissa Hayes has been teaching elementary art in Acton for over 10 years. She received her undergrad and graduate degrees in Art Education from Salem State University, and her love of a variety of materials reflects those degrees.
When able to get into the studio over the last three years, she has been creating monotypes that combine her love of maps and architecture. She also loves to create many fiber creations using knitting and crocheting techniques.
If you ever take summer classes through Community Education, you can come and learn how to knit or crochet with me, learn more about printmaking, and see why I love both of these types of art so much!
